Professionals with 5+ years of experience.
Should be strong at one or more of the followings:
Web, Mobile, Network Pen testing, Cloud Infrastructure, Red Teaming. Experience in tools like HP Fortify, Checkmarx, Coverity, Veracode etc.

Technical Project Manager

Professionals with 7+ years of experience.
Should be able to handle international clients and be the single point of contact for all team leads.
